How to access the Ticket Dashboard.

This guide will walk you through the steps to access the Ticket Dashboard, where you can view the status of all tickets. This feature is only available to admin users on the web version of the app.

Step 1: Log in to the Web Version of Your App

  1. Open your preferred web browser and navigate to the login page for your app.

  2. Enter your admin credentials (username and password) to log in. If you do not remember your credentials, please use the "Forgot Password" option or contact your IT department for assistance.

Step 2: Navigate to Admin Settings

  1. Once logged in, look at the top right corner of your screen for your profile icon or name.

  2. Click on your profile icon or name to reveal a dropdown menu.

  3. From the dropdown menu, select "Admin Settings" to access the admin control panel.
